This new Punitor pencil baits come out from the pen of César Pecellìn from Molix Spain. This famous artist and avid Spanish fisherman get the inspiration by our famous Jubar. The Molix staff worked on that project since long time before the final release. They tried to obtain a small dimension topwater lure with superior fishing and swimming performances under any weather conditions.
