Now there are no more problems storing or transporting the rods as Palms have now made them with a detachable handle, which allows the NanoAlloy "R" fighting blank to stay in one section, so the performance and sensitivity are not affected.

The 632SF is ideal for fishing Slow Blatt jigs between 100-150g in shallower water less than 60m deep. Its sensitive tip allows the jigs to easily load the rod whilst still having the power to land bigger fish and is ideal for inshore waters or off a kayak.
The SF series of rods are specially designed for slow Jigging. Constructed with detachable handle and a quality NanoAlloy “R” blank for extra elasticity and sensitivity. “X” Carbonology wrappings prevent the rod twisting when fighting large fish, whilst increasing torque and overall toughness. Like all the Quest “a” rods they are incredibly light, work jigs effortlessly and a joy to use.
The new Metalwitch Quest "a" rods are beautifully finished using Fuji stainless steel k guides and reel seats and now includes a rod protector to stop damage to the blank, when placed in rod tube holders on the boat.
