How can I place an order?

Orders can be taken online through the website, by telephone using a debit or credit card.

How can I pay for my goods?

We accept most credit and debit cards from major card providers. We also accept PayPal.

How can I be sure my details are safe when I purchase from you online or by phone?

Your payment details are entered directly on to a secure server provided by Sagepay or PayPal. Lure Heaven does not hold any credit card or debit card details at any stage during the transaction to ensure you have security and peace of mind. You can rest assured that your personal data is safe at Lure Heaven and will not be passed onto other parties. For more details see our Terms & Conditions.

How will my goods be despatched and delivered?

All orders received by 12 noon (Monday-Friday) will be despatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched the next working day.
Goods will be delivered by Royal Mail postal service. All orders over £50.00 will be sent Recorded Delivery and will need to be signed for. For the next day delivery service will be either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcel Express Overnight.

Do you ship internationally? How much will it cost?

Yes, we ship internationally! Please use Paypal. When you place an order at our store and enter your address, you'll see international shipping options which will calculate the shipping costs for you.
Orders Under £40 can be sent by Air Mail.
All orders over £40.00 must be sent by Airsure Signed for service, which includes insurance,

How can I return unwanted items for exchange or refund?

Please contact us by email or telephone first to let us know that you are returning an item. Unwanted goods for exchange or refunds must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging for resale within 10 days of delivery for a full refund less any carriage charges. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods and all costs. A refund for returned items can take up to 21 days.

How can I return damaged or incorrectly sent items?

Please contact us by email or telephone first to let us know that you are returning an item within 3 days of delivery. Once we have received the item that is damaged or has been incorrectly sent, a replacement will be despatched. (You are responsible for the goods until they arrive safely back with us).
